Submission Guidelines

Prospective authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers in PDF format, strictly adhering to the IEEE standard double-column format (maximum 6 pages including all figures, tables, and references). Submissions must follow the official IEEE template (link here). Papers that do not conform to the template, exceed the page limit, or lack appropriate referencing will be returned without review. Only original papers not published or under consideration elsewhere will be accepted. Submissions must clearly highlight the research area, methodology, key contributions, and results. All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to IEEE’s quality and scope guidelines, and will be indexed in major databases such as Scopus. Submission of a paper implies the authors’ commitment to submit a camera-ready version and present the work at the conference. Each accepted paper must have at least one paid registration by the camera-ready deadline for inclusion in the proceedings. The organizing committee reserves the right to exclude from IEEE Xplore any paper or poster not presented at the event. Authors, reviewers, and committee members must register on Microsoft CMT using the submission link provided below to access the submission system.

Review Process

All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous single-blind peer-review process to ensure quality, originality, and relevance to the conference themes. Accepted papers will be scheduled for presentation in a regular technical session. To ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings, at least one author must complete the registration process and submit the final camera-ready version of the paper within the specified deadline.

Publication & Indexing Details

All accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore for possible publication, subject to IEEE’s quality checks and publication policies. Authors must comply with the requirements outlined in the publication policy to be eligible.

Authors are required to submit the IEEE e-Copyright Form at the time of registration. Failure to do so may disqualify the paper from publication.

IEEE Policies and Ethical Guidelines

IEEE reserves the right to exclude papers from publication in IEEE Xplore if they are not presented during the conference, either in physical or virtual sessions. All submissions must be original, free from plagiarized content, and must not be under review elsewhere (i.e., no double submissions). IEEE treats violations of publication ethics seriously, and appropriate actions will be taken against authors found to be in breach.
