Camera-Ready Paper Submission Guidelines - SISIMPACT-2025

All authors of accepted papers are required to submit their final camera-ready manuscript and complete associated formalities to ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings and submission to IEEE Xplore. Kindly follow the instructions below step-by-step:

• Incorporate Review Comments:

  You have already received reviewer feedback via the notification email. Please carefully revise your manuscript based on the reviewers' comments before preparing the final camera-ready version. The page limit is strictly 6 pages, and no exceptions will be made.

• Deadline for Final Submission:

  The camera-ready paper along with the eCopyright form must be submitted on or before 28th October 2025.

• IEEE Template & Formatting Requirements:

  The final manuscript must strictly follow the IEEE conference template, available at:
  https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html

  Any submission not adhering to the template will be rejected without further review.

• Copyright Notice Placement:

  Before generating the final PDF, ensure that the correct IEEE copyright clearance code notice is added at the bottom of the first page of your source document, as per the authors' affiliation:

  • U.S. Government:
    U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
  • Crown Government (UK, Canada, Australia):

• Validate Using IEEE PDF eXpress:

  Before uploading your final version, validate your PDF file using IEEE PDF eXpress:

  • Go to: https://ieee-pdf-express.org
  • Enter Conference ID: 67725X
  • Create an account using your email and a password
  • Associate your account with SISIMPACT2025
  • Upload your final paper for PDF compliance check
  • Download the verified IEEE PDF version
• Submit on Microsoft CMT Portal:

  After validating the final PDF:

  • Log in to the Microsoft CMT portal:
    https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/SISIMPACT2025
  • Go to your Author Console
  • Click on “Create Camera Ready Submission”
    - Upload the IEEE-validated final PDF
  • Next, click “Submit IEEE Copyright Form”
    - Follow the steps shown in Sample Image 2
• Plagiarism Policy:

  Before submission, ensure that the similarity index is below 25%, checked through standard tools like Turnitin or iThenticate.

  Papers with a similarity index above 25% will not be considered for IEEE Xplore.

• Author Registration Requirement:

  At least one author per accepted paper must register with Full Author Registration and present the paper at SISIMPACT-2025. Only then will the paper be considered for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.

  • One registration is valid for ONE participant only.
  • Co-authors who also wish to attend must register separately.
  • Keep your payment proof ready—it may be required during verification.
• Final Checklist Before Submission:
  • All reviewer comments incorporated
  • Paper follows IEEE template
  • Copyright notice added on the first page
  • PDF validated via IEEE PDF eXpress
  • Camera-ready version uploaded to CMT
  • eCopyright form submitted
  • Similarity index < 25%
