Presentation template of SISIMPACT-2025

Each presenter will be allotted 12 minutes in total: 10 minutes minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes minutes for Q&A. It is mandatory to use the official SISIMPCAT-2025 presentation template during your talk.

Strict Adherence to Time

Exceeding your time limit is not acceptable. Please rehearse your presentation in advance, including slide transitions and any demonstrations. Staying within your allotted time is a sign of respect for your audience, the Session Chair, and fellow presenters. Session Chairs are instructed to maintain the scheduled timelines strictly. This is especially important due to the parallel track structure of the conference.

Mode of Presentation

Authors must present their papers live either offline or online via Google Meet, as per the session schedule. Live oral presentation is compulsory for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. For online participants, Google Meet links for each technical track will be shared in advance along with assigned time slots.

Presentation Content Structure

Your slides should be well-organized and reflect the key points of your accepted paper. Make sure to cover:

• The problem statement and background
• Your innovative methodology or approach
• Results and key findings
• Comparative evaluation (if applicable)

Slide Design Tips

• Use 1 slide per minute as a rule of thumb (max 10-12 slides)
• Avoid overcrowding slides with text or visuals
• Use clear fonts and readable layouts
• Highlight key points with visuals rather than paragraphs
