Poster Size and Mounting Instructions

  • Each poster will be mounted on a dedicated board.
  • The maximum and recommended poster size is 36 inches (wide) × 48 inches (height) in portrait orientation.
  • Pushpins and mounting supplies will be provided by the organizing committee.
  • Posters must be professionally printed; simply pinning printed pages of your paper is not permitted.

Design and Content Guidelines

  • Use large, clear titles in block letters at least 8-10 cm (3-4 inches) high.
  • Ensure that all text is readable from 1-2 meters away. Recommended minimum font height: 1 cm.
  • Graphs, charts, and visuals should be at least 25 * 30 cm (~8.5 * 11 inches) for clear visibility.
  • Organize the poster with a logical, numbered sequence to guide viewers through your work.
  • Include the title, background, methodology, key results, and conclusions prominently.
  • Avoid overcrowding. Use bullet points, diagrams, and figures to convey information efficiently.
  • Poster content should be designed to complement an oral explanation during interaction.

During the Poster Session

  • Be prepared to briefly present and defend your work to session visitors and judges.
  • Keep hard copies of your paper ready for detailed queries.
