Registration Categories & Criteria - SISIMPACT 2025

Participants can register under the following categories based on their academic or professional affiliation. Each category maps directly to a defined registration type used in our fee structure. IEEE members are eligible for discounted rates across applicable categories upon submission of valid membership proof.

• Students (UG/PG/M.Tech): Applicable to students enrolled in recognized undergraduate or postgraduate degree programs. A valid student ID or bonafide certificate must be uploaded during registration. Fee Type:Student (INR/USD).
• Research Scholars / Ph.D. Candidates: For doctoral students pursuing research under a recognized university or institute. A valid student ID or supervisor endorsement.Fee Type: Student (INR/USD).
• Faculty / Academicians: Designed for professors, lecturers, and research faculty affiliated with colleges, universities, or research labs.Fee Type: Academicians (INR/USD).
• Industry Professionals: Open to working professionals from industry, public sector undertakings, and government R&D organizations. Fee Type: Industry (INR/USD)
• International Delegates: Non-Indian participants from academia or industry must register under the applicable fee type based on their designation. Fee Type: Student / Academician / Industry (USD)
• Co-authors / Additional Authors: Authors listed on accepted papers but not presenting must register separately. Their fee type should match their actual role (student, faculty, or industry). Fee Type: Same as profile (Student/Academician/Industry)
• Reviewers / Session Chairs: Approved reviewers and session chairs will be considered for discounted or complimentary registration. Final decision will be communicated by the organizing committee. Fee Type: Discounted / Waived (subject to approval)
• General Attendees / Observers (Session-Only): For individuals attending sessions without paper presentation or submission. Access is limited to one selected track. Fee Type: Attendee – Session Only (INR/USD)

Note: IEEE Discount in all categories will be Applicable (with valid membership ID)

Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one Full Author registration to be included in the IEEE Xplore digital library.

Group or institutional registration requests are welcome and may qualify for bulk discounts upon prior communication.
