Registration Process

Registration Guidelines - SISIMPACT-2025

The IEEE International Conference on Smart Innovations in Systems, Infrastructure, Mechanical, Power, AI and Computing Technologies (SISIMPACT-2025) welcomes registrations from students, academicians, industry professionals, and general attendees. Authors of accepted papers must complete the registration process in order to present and publish their work in the conference proceedings.

Important Registration Instructions

  • Attendees registration does not include paper presentation. To present a paper, at least one author must register under a Full Author category.
  • Only one paper per registration is allowed. For additional papers, a separate author registration is required.
  • IEEE members can avail special discounted rates (valid IEEE Membership ID must be uploaded during registration).
  • Attendees (Session Only) are allowed access to only one specific track, with no access to lunch, conference kit, or other technical/social sessions.
  • Accompanying persons must register separately as full attendees if they wish to attend any conference activities.
  • Payments must be received by the deadlines (Early Bird / Regular), or the next tiered fee will be applied automatically.

Visa Information:

Invitation letters for visa purposes will be issued only after successful registration. International authors/attendees may apply for a visa through the Indian Embassy with the issued invitation. Visit the conference travel section for visa support details.

How to Register:
  • Click the “Register Now” button on the SISIMPACT-2025 website
  • Fill in your personal, academic/professional details
  • Choose your registration type and upload applicable documents
  • Make payment via secure payment gateway or UPI
  • Upload payment proof (if not paying via integrated gateway)
