Industry & Institute Partnership Cell, Sagar Group of Institutions - SISTec Ratibad and Bosch India, organized a two-day residential Trainer Training Program from February 23rd to 24th, 2024. This event aimed to elevate the skills and knowledge of participants under the expert guidance of renowned professionals. Total 55 trainers of different states participated in this TTP.
The highlight of the program was the insightful sessions conducted by Dr. Shubhra Bhatia, who shared invaluable insights into the latest tools of soft skills. Through a series of engaging presentations and hands-on activities, participants were equipped with practical techniques to enrich their training methodologies.
Adding to the enriching experience, Mr. Shivesh Mishra and Mr. C. K. Pandey from Bosch India elucidated on the various initiatives undertaken by Bosch for the skill development of students. Their presentations shed light on how these initiatives have not only empowered individuals but also contributed to the betterment of society at large.
In line with the commitment to environmental sustainability, the program concluded with a meaningful tree plantation drive. This initiative underscored the importance of environmental stewardship and highlighted the collective responsibility towards preserving our planet for future generations.
